International Patients Center

The International Patients Center at New Smile Dental Group in Costa Rica is committed to deliver the highest quality of service to overseas patients.

The staff of the International Patients Center assists foreign patients by coordinating the following medical and personal needs for you prior to your arrival and during your stay:

  • Personalized assistance with dental estimate/quote prior your trip1
  • Appointment scheduling with an assigned dentist.
  • Lodging advice and assistance (if necessary)
  • Transportation arrangements (i.e. airport pick up)
  • Financial transaction assistance: Staff from our Center can help you handle bank wires or deposits and assist you with other financial matters during your visit.
  • Insurance claim forms assistance: For patients who are covered through an insurance plan, we will provide all necessary documentation regarding the dental procedure for insurance reimbursement.

While our doctors focus on our international patients' dental needs, the International Patients Center at New Smile Dental Group helps ensure each patient has the best possible experience. We proudly provide them personalized, confidential and culturally sensitive service from the first phone call to the trip back home.
