On- Site Dental Laboratory

Unlike most dental offices, we at New Smile Dental Group are able to offer an on-site dental laboratory for onsite fabrication of porcelain and zirconia crowns, smile veneers, dental bridges, onlay and temporary dental crowns. This allow to our medical staff to provide complete control over the design, fabrication and delivery of your dental restorations.

As we know, when crowns, veneers, implants, bridges or any dental restorations are entrusted to an outside lab, the possibilities of an error in design or workmanship increase. For this reason, our dental lab technicians work side by side at each step of every restoration in a partnership with our doctors, which is critical in order to assure you the long term success of the dental restorations.

A large team of dedicated, highly talented technicians, employing the finest quality materials, staffs our Onsite dental laboratory and the most advanced technology and equipment, our world-class lab serves our doctors and our patients exclusively.

Last but not least, our Onsite dental laboratory is lead by one extremely creative and motivated technician, Nestor Peñafiel, who is highly recognized for his work in aesthetic and cosmetic dental restorations. Nestor is committed to maintain the highest standards of practice.

German Technology

The exciting addition of 'Cad/Cam' computer technology to fabricate our patients' dental restorations onsite is also available.

The Tizian CAD/CAM consists in a number of high technology components: Computer-supported scanning with Tizian™Scan, construct with Tizian™Creativ design software and milling of zirkondioxide blanks with Tizian™Cut which scan, design and mill dental restorations (i.e. crowns, bridges, pontics & onlays) in Zirconium dioxide (ZrO2).
