Roberta Wyss, Guest Care / Operations Manager
Roberta Wyss has vast experience and expertise in administration and in coordinating logistics. She welcomes our patients, gives them the corresponding documentation and introduces our patients to the doctors and dental assistants. She takes care of our patients while they are in Costa Rica, always looking for ways to make them feel comfortable and confident.
Roberta handles all the admin details (payments, legal documents for insurance companies, etc.). She also coordinates the transfers from the airport to the clinic or hotel and back, as well as the ones from the hotel to the clinic and back to the hotel.
Roberta speaks English, Spanish and French.
Lic. Jesus Gonzalez, Administrative Manager
Jesus graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2002. He manages and organizes the Admin part of the Clinic. He is always looking for ways to improve the clinic, ensuring we have the best possible organization.
Nathalia Blanco, Administrator
Nathalia is your first contact when you visit our Clinic. She graduated as a Psychologist from the Universidad Autónoma de Monterrey in Costa Rica in 2002.
Nathalia speaks English and Spanish.
Rodrigo Rodriguez (Your driver) and Mercedes Sanchez, Housekeeper
Rodrigo is in charge of transporting our patients from their hotels to the clinic and back. He is friendly, responsible, and respectful.
Mercedes is in charge of keeping our premises clean, being particularly careful with the disinfecting of the doctors instruments.
