The ISI and TSI implants have a self tapping implant body that bio-mechanically resists lateral occlusal forces on the abutment through Dual Stabilization at the tip and collar of the implant. The patent pending Bull-nose/Auger tip condenses and mechanically locks into the bone. After the ISI’s Bull-nose/Auger tip bottoms out; the extra half turn pulls bone up around the tip, putting tension on the condensed bone promoting bone growth. Combined with the locking action of the Mini Cortic-O Thread® at the collar, Dual Stabilization® is established, enhancing osseointegration.
