What can you expect?

Get prepared for your appointments!  We highly recommend you to eat breakfast, wear comfortable clothes and bring a sweater, a book and/or an IPod.

First Appointment

During your first appointment, we will do the panoramic x-rays, the oral evaluation and the doctor will discuss with you the proposed treatment.  After its acceptation, we will proceed with the payment of the total cost of the treatment.  The "before" pictures will be taken, you will receive medication if needed, the impressions will be done and the treatment will start.

In the case of implants, they will be placed (with anesthesia), final impression will be done, the bite will be checked in, the temporaries will be prepared (between 1.5 and 2.5 hours) and then placed checking that the occlusion is perfect.

In the case of crowns and bridges, the corresponding teeth will be prepared (with anesthesia), final impression will be done, the temporaries will be prepared (between 1.5 and 2.5 hours) and placed checking that the occlusion is perfect.

This appointment will last approximately between 3 and 4 hours.

Second Appointment

During your second appointment, the doctor will realize a post-surgery control, checking the occlusion, the temporaries and taking an impression if necessary.

This appointment will last approximately between 1 and 2 hours.

Third Appointment

During the third appointment, the crowns will be tested in your mouth and once you agree with the shape, color, etc., the Dental Technician has to glace them lasting between 3 and 4 hours.    Then, the crowns will be placed.  Also, the impression for the night guard will be done.

During this time, you can have a walk nearby or have something to eat in one of the restaurants near the Clinic.

This appointment will last approximately between 3 and 5 hours.

Fourth Appointment

During the fourth appointment, the doctor will adjust the occlusion if necessary, the final panoramic x-rays will be done and the "after" pictures will be taken.  Finally, you will receive your night guard and a package with your documents (before and after pictures, copy of the consent form, copy of the satisfaction form and the panoramic x-rays).

This appointment will last approximately 1 hour.
